Braintree Lumber Co Inc. has been acquired by Timberline Enterprises LLC. Braintree Lumber is one of the oldest Lumber Companies in the state and has been operated under present management for the last 30 years. Adam Bauer of the Business Exchange arranged the sale of the Business. In conjunction with the sale of the Business, Bauer and David Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors also arranged the sale of the real property located at 110 Hancock St in Braintree for $1.6M. The south shore location puts Timberline in a strategic position to now offer more service lines to the South Shore and Boston metro areas.
Provident Bank and Granite State Development arranged financing.
