Adam Bauer, Principal of The Business Exchange arranged the sale on behalf of the British Beer Company and Hyannis Property Land Owner, LLC. The property and business assets were acquired by 412 Main Hyannis, LLC.
The 6,000 +/- restaurant is located in the heart of Hyannis Main Street and has operated at that location for over 20 years. This completes a multi-year exit strategy on behalf of British Beer Company, LLC with The Business Exchange divesting over $10M in company assets. “We are thrilled for our client British Beer Company to execute a calculated exit plan in this market” said Bauer.
