Pembroke, MA – The Business Exchange is pleased to announce the sale of 825 Washington Street, Pembroke MA. Adam Bauer, Principal of the Business Exchange represented the buyer Derry Smith LLC on the acquisition, and Brian McCowan of North Easton Savings Bank arranged the financing for the sale. The 4,200 SF restaurant previously operated as Charlie’s Too, which closed its doors on September 5th, 2021. The restauranteurs who purchased the building are no strangers to the restaurant business, as they also operate Duxbury’s The Anchor and The Oysterman. The new owners will operate the Pembroke location under the trade name The Blacksmith.
