Mashpee Turn Key Restaurant SOLD!!!
According to The Business Exchange the restaurant formerly known as “Bistro 36” has been sold. Tom Davis and Adam Bauer represented the plaza owner Mashpee Investors LLC.
Eastern Bank arranged the financing for the sale. The 4,500 SF restaurant will be operated as Oak & Ember Whiskey Bar & Grill by Mashpee restaurateur Robert Catania. They will be open for business on October 10th, 2013
