Hanover, MA –The Business Exchange is pleased to announce the transfer of The Casual King, located at 528 Washington Street in Hanover, Massachusetts. The transaction was arranged exclusively by Adam Bauer of The Business Exchange, on behalf of the seller, Unfinished Business, Inc. The buyer, North River Casuals, LLC, will assume operations at the well-known retail location.
The Casual King is a longstanding local destination known for its wide selection of casual and outdoor furniture. The business has built a strong reputation throughout the South Shore for quality products and customer service, making it a prime acquisition for new ownership.
Legal representation for the buyer was provided by Jonathan Whiting of Whiting Law, while Lauren Elco of Schlossberg, LLC represented the seller.
