We are pleased to announce the sale of Epernay Wine & Spirits located at 1 N Beach St. Nantucket. Adam Bauer, Principal of The Business Exchange exclusively arranged the sale on behalf of ownership ACDC Promotions, LLC to E&B Holdings, LLC. Attorney Jon Aieta of McDERMOTT, QUILTY,MILLER & HANLEY LLP represented the Seller and John M. Iacoi of Iacoi Law the Buyer. The sale was financed privately.
Epernay is a wine centric liquor store on the Island of Nantucket, the new owners will continue to operate the business as it always has been while continuing to scale the brand on and off island.
