Adam Bauer, Principal of The Business Exchange exclusively arranged the sale on behalf of ownership Seth Tobey Realty Trust & Patriot Spirits, INC. to the buyers South Shore Investment Realty Trust.

The sale included the 7,200 SF free standing retail property and operating business at the location. The real estate traded at $2M and an undisclosed amount for the operating business and liquor license.
