THE BUSINESS EXCHANGE ARRANGES SALE OF RORY’S MASHPEE & DENNIS

Cape Cod, MA – We are pleased to announce the sale of Rory’s Marketplace located at 32 Market St., Mashpee, Ma and 636 Main St. Dennis Port, MA. Rory’s Marketplace operated three unique locations in Providence RI, Dennis, MA & Mashpee Commons. Adam Bauer, Principal of The Business Exchange arranged the sale on behalf of the business owner Darby’s Natural Markets, LLC. and real estate trust REJ Realty. Attorney Geoff Nickerson of Opphenheim & Nickerson LLP advised as counsel for the Sellers. Joseph Delisio of Blackstone Management was integral in assisting throughout the process.

The three standalone locations were sold to three separate unique purchasers. “We are thrilled for our client Rory’s Marketplace to execute and divest each location and be able to move on to other business endeavors,” said Bauer.
