Emerald Excavating is a second-generation company established in 1978 by the Kelleher family. The company was acquired by Middleboro based Ryco Excavating Contractor, Inc. Rockland Trust provided funding for the acquisition. The law office of Phifer Pinkham represented the Seller, Medeiros Law represented the buyer and Kellem & Kellem the Lender.
