The Business Exchange (TBX) has exclusively brokered the sale of the landmark Hyannis property to the operators of the Common Ground Cafe. Adam Bauer of TBX represented the Sellers First Guardian Realty Trust and Bauer procured the buyers The Common Ground Cafe. The buyers plan to re-develop the property and operate one of their Cafe concepts at their new location. Attorney Philip Boudreau of Hyannis represented the Sellers and Attorney Michael Stusse of West Yarmouth represented the buyers. Financing was arranged through Mark Sexton of the Bank of Cape Cod.
