Adam Bauer & John Nessel of The Business Exchange arranged the sale on behalf of the WKC, Inc & Misaki Realty Trust. The property and business assets were acquired by Cypress Atlantic Hospitality Group. Fred Grosser of Grosser & Associates represented the Seller and Buyers were represented by Michael Khoury of Madoff & Khoury LLP. Eastern Bank provided financing for the acquisition.
