Cohasset, MA – The landmark eatery known as d/b/a DiNero’s has been sold for 1.27M according to TBX. Adam Bauer, Principal represented the buyer West Corner Properties LLC in the acquisition. The sale included all business assets of DiNero’s INC and the 6,353 SF restaurant property situated on .88 acre. Eastern Bank arranged the financing for the sale. Look for the Corner Stop Eatery to open soon with a fresh concept and renovated building!
