Duxbury, MA – According to The Business Exchange LLC (TBX), the full retail package store d/b/a Casey’s Fine Wine & Spirits has been sold. Adam Bauer of TBX brokered the sale of the business to Gupta Enterprises Inc. The store will now be operated under the new name Cellar D’Or Wine & Spirits, the store will focus in boutique and fine wine. Attorney Jon Aieta of Quincy represented the buyer Gupta Enterprises Inc.
